    The breath is our primary source of nourishment. It is transformative and healing. As we dive into the practice of meditation, sitting quietly, totally absorbing the experience of the moment, we are able to connect with these powerful tools and restore our lives.

    This practice is offered in private or semi private lessons ( up to 2 people).
